Megadyne Gold Timing Belts
Gold timing belts are designed as a more powerful alternative to ISORAN and Silver belts, enabling them to compete with high-performance power transmission systems such as chains and gears. These traditional systems often suffer from drawbacks like high weight, excessive noise, the need for lubrication, and high maintenance costs—issues that Gold belts effectively eliminate.
Similar to Silver belts, Gold models can be used to upgrade and improve existing systems originally equipped with ISORAN or Silver belts. However, when replacing ISORAN belts, due to the significant increase in transmitted power, it is recommended to inspect other system components to ensure they can handle the higher loads.
The new generation of these belts is produced under the name MEGASYNC Gold2.
MEGASYNC Gold2 is engineered as a more powerful version compared to ISORAN and Silver belts, making it suitable for a wide range of power transmission applications.
These belts combine the advantages of gears and roller chains while minimizing their disadvantages, such as excessive weight, high noise, and the need for lubrication.

• Advanced Tooth Covering: Graphite-impregnated fabric with a protective film layer for reduced friction and increased durability.
• Anti-Static Properties: Compliant with ISO 9563 (BS 2050) standards, ideal for environments requiring static electricity control.
