Megadyne PU Megaflat Flat Belts
Megadyne Megaflat polyurethane flat belts are available in three different structures:
• Unsupported
• Woven
• Knitted
Among the knitted products, the belts are designed in both elastic (stretchable) and stable versions, offered with coatings made from neoprene or silicone.
The woven structures are produced in semi-elastic (Semi-Stretch) and stable versions, utilizing polyurethane elastomer (Urethane) or foamed polyurethane (Foamed Urethane).
Megadyne PU Megaflat flat belts are used in light-duty power transmission applications as well as for transporting lightweight products or paper materials.
These belts can also be customized as desired.
Operating Temperature
• “P” Series Belts: From -10°C to +60°C
• “S” Series Belts: Designed for more extreme temperature conditions, capable of operating in a wider temperature range.
