Dynamo Belt
Description: The Dynamo belt is a component that transfers the engine's rotational energy to the alternator. This belt wraps around a pulley attached to the crankshaft. As the engine starts and the crankshaft rotates, the belt also moves, transmitting rotational energy to the alternator. The alternator, a type of generator, converts this energy into electricity to charge the battery, powering various parts of the vehicle. While the main function of the Dynamo belt is to transfer the engine's rotational force to the alternator, in modern vehicles, both the timing belt and this belt are responsible for driving other engine components such as the water pump, hydraulic steering pump, oil pump, air conditioning compressor, and more.
